招聘专员??Manpower岗位职责：

Purposeofposition：

Principalresponsibilities：
UnderstandingthedefinitionofDriverworkinghours，makesurethetriptimeaccordwiththeLindepolicy；
Produceandimplementdailyplanswithsystemtomanageday-todayswingsinEvidencedactivity；
Workwithrelateddepartmenttoensuretheprocessisoperatedsmoothlyandefficientl;
WorkwithSCMspecialisttoensurethetripplanoptimizationareachieve;
Workcloselywithsystemexperttoensuresystemsarerunningefficientlyandfurthersystemdevelopment;
AnalysistheKPIonmonthlybasisandmakesurethecontinuouslyschedulingefficiencyimprovement;
Interfacewithsitetransportationteamtoensuretheplancanbeexecuted.
Requiredkeyskills：
Goodknowledgeonliquidbusinessandoperation,atleast2yearsofexperienceinsupplychainorlogisticis；
Stronganalyticalandplanningskill；
Communicationandpresentationskill;
Proactivemannerwithstrongsenseonchangeandimprovementinitiatives;
demonstratedchangemanagementcapability;
